honey beeThanks to the birds and the bees flowers are being planted and the bees are pollinating!

Many raw vegan foodists do not eat honey.  As I have said before I am all about eating animal products if the animals were not treated the way they are treated today.  It isn’t only the criminal abuse of the animals that turns me off but that the hemmorages, puss, antibiotics, bruises, broken bones, feces, steroids, hormones etc etc makes it way to the plate as well.

However, I do love raw honey from a local reputable bee keeper who harvests honey in a humane way.

Here are just a few issues that honey helps to heal:

  • stomach
  • digestion
  • anemia
  • dyspepsia
  • convalescence
  • constipation
  • gastric catarrh
  • hyperacidity
  • gastric and duodenal ulcers
  • gall bladder diseases
  • allergies
  • burns and cuts
  • eczema

Got Allergies?

Then consume raw honey!  Why do people say you should eat local raw honey?  Simple!  The bees in your area create honey that already contains all the pollen, dust and molds that cause 90 per cent of all allergies! When your immune system builds up then your body can adapt to its environment.

Honey How to’s:

What to look for in Honey

You will want to get a local honey that is unrefined, unheated, unpasteurized, un-clarified,  and unfiltered. Heated honey is usually more clear but has lost most of its vitality.  The darker the color, the deeper the flavor.

In conclusion…

Honey is absolutely amazing and cholesterol free!  Honey is antiseptic, antibiotic, antifungal, and antibacterial!  Our Lord is so good that He has provided us with natural organic healing medicines and one of these is honey!  It is when we look to men for our healing that we tend to fail and our symptoms become worse.  Take a look at the fantastic foods that naturally grow in the ‘Ingredients’ section.  There you will uncover so many amazing foods with so much to offer.  Glory be to the Lord and God Bless!

Precautions

Honey contains a natural presence of botulinum endospores,  and should not be given to children under one year of age. Their intestinal track is not mature enough to prevent the growth of clostidium botulinum, which is usually found in honey.
